  Great local business and excellent customer service! Always friendly and helpful. Most importantly completely honest and upfront staff. We have had two separate occasions were Roy's could have easily taken our money for work that we didn't need or something that was covered under an extended warranty that we didn't know about. Roy was actually the one to let us know that we should call the dealership because what we needed fixed would be covered under a warranty. They could have easily done the work and charged us the hundreds of dollars it would have cost, and we would have been none the wiser. We will continue to use Roy's for all of our car service needs!!

  Been going to Roy's for ~ 10 years or so great Customer Service. Learn a lot watching things happen around there kind of entertaining at times. Suggest to call ahead if you need immediate service because sometimes they have to order parts and are pretty busy. Business is often real busy on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays so suggest calling ahead especially if in a big hurry. Overall a great place to get your vehicle serviced reliably for most general maintenance items with no big surprises.
